Saturday Evening Fun!

Yesterday we went to my step-brother, Andrew's engagement party here in Cartersville. It was a laid back, fun party and Ramsey had a blast. Here he is having a picnic on the front porch of the barn:

He stayed up till 10:00pm and then we all came home and crashed. Fun and beautiful afternoon with my favorite guys (cope and ramsey)!

Sips N Strokes

Last night my Mom, friend Sue, Sister Paige, and Myself had a super fun girls night. We went to have Tapas and Sangria for a light dinner and ten it was on to Sips N Strokes for a painting class. This was my 3rd time at Sips N Strokes and was by far the most fun yet. The painting last was funky wine bottles. We all did great and we're super proud of our masterpieces.

What We've Been Up To

Sorry for the lack of posting lately. Just taking it easy here in the Rowell house. Cope just got back from being gone for 16 days to Germany (for 14 days) and Savannah (for 2 days of drill). It was a LONG two weeks without him but Ramsey and I made it and I only about lost my mind right at the end. Ramsey is enjoying preschool so much and days spent with his Nama. He also got to spend two nights with Cope's parents during Cope's time away. Ramsey loved every minute of his time with Grammy and Grampy! I have been keeping busy with sewing orders,being Mom, and keeping our household running. We are all ready for warmer weather. I have already turned over mine and Ramsey's closets in anticipation. Other then that not too much new to report. Just doing life and enjoying it!

Evening Playdate with Ty

Last night Ramsey's best buddy Ty came over while his parents went out for a family dinner. We ordered pizza and let the boys do whatever they wanted. They chose to watch Mater Tales and just play around. At dinner Ty announced that he was older then his brother. Seeing as how he is an only child we said really? He said "Yeah, Ramsey is my brother" so sweet!

Dr.Seuss Party at Preschool

Ramsey has had a full week of Dr.Seuss at preschool and today was finished off with the "sleep Book" so the kids go to wear their pajamas to school and have lots of activities and the story. Cope and I went and were in charge of putting color in the kids hair and making them look like bedheads. Ramsey was stoked that Mom and Dad both came and stayed at school with him.

I got on to him for running in his classroom and put him in a time out. I know, Mom is such a party pooper: Enjoying the red fish/ blue fish cookies mommy brought for the class. He ate 2 whole cookies. Maybe that is why he didn't want lunch at chik-fil-a afterwards???:
