Last Saturday some of my friends and I ran a 5K race in Kennesaw, which was the run for the Wounded Warriors. I have a great group of running friends and we train 2-3 times per week so when races come on our radar we are ready! I have been running 3.1 miles 2-3 times per week since I finished the Couch-to-5K program last April. I still don't love running but it gets the job done and keeps the weight off! Don't judge by the picture below because I look like fatty(I'm hoping it's just the picture?) but whatever I love that my body doesn't want to die and to boot I ran it under 30 minutes which was my goal! 29.42!!!
