Eventful Weekend

We had a very busy weekend. We are all 3 exhausted but had a good time. Cope joined the National Guard (long story, but it makes sense for our family and he is guaranteed non-overseas deployment) so he had his first weekend of drill. I had a shower for my step-sister on Saturday morning. My Dad and Donna came for a visit, and then Ramsey, Me, and the doggies headed to Cope's parents house in Bowdon to attend attend a friends shower and spend the night. Cope met us there and we had a good time catching up with friends and family. Ramsey had a blast since there was a 2 year old and 5 year old little boys and he had access to all their cool toys.

This morning we went to church (our favorite church and where we were married). Ramsey did great and sat through the whole hour of "Big Church". We ate lunch and then got on the road to head home. Cope was waiting on us here and we just finished a good dinner and now were off to put Ramsey to bed and get some much needed sleep ourselves.
