This past Monday Cope made Major!!! I am so proud of him. He works hard and we are sooo thankful for his job and that he loves it. Ramsey wants to be just like his Daddy and here are some proof in the pics:

Crossfit Kids

Ramsey went to his first Crossfit kids camp while he was out of pre-K for Thanksgving break. I was a little nervous since he didnt know any of the other kids and would be the youngest in the camp. Cope assured me it would be fine and that he was only 5 minutes away at his work if Ramsey needed something. Needless to say Ramsey had a BLAST! He loved it! He perfected his squat and burpee :) So proud of him and he is already excited for the Christmas camp!

Thanksgiving at Pre-K

This past Friday Ramsey had his Thanksgiving program at preschool. The whole school 2-5 year olds get on the stage and do about 8 Thanksgiving songs they have been working hard on for the parents to enjoy and then they all go upstairs to their individual classrooms for class parties. We are so thankful for Sam Jones Pre-K!

Firefly Night Run

A few or my friends and I ran a night run in Atlanta called the "Firefly". It was super fun and started at Piedmont Park and went through the streets of Atlanta. It was hard to get a good run time since there were so many people (over 4,000) but it was fun anyway. Cope and Ramsey joined me at the finish line and we went out to a late dinner downtown. Fun evening!

A family that races together!

A few Saturdays ago we diced to do a local 5K race. Actually I signed up for the 5K and Cope was sweet enough to run with Ramsey in the 1 mile fun run. It was such a fun morning and I am so proud of all of use for getting up and getting our booties moving. I had my best time of running the 5K in 28:00 minutes and came in 2nd in my age group. My sister won her age group, and Ramsey ran the entire way for the 1 mile. A great way to start a weekend!

Halloween 2012

We had such a blast this Halloween. Ramsey chose to be Commander Fox from Star Wars. Our day began with a Halloween program at his Pre-K followed by a class party. Myself and two other mommies were in charge of this first party of the year so we wanted it to be great. We think it was :) After a fun morning at Ramsey's school we came home and chilled out and then about 5:30 his buddies started showing up at our house for a big group to trick or treat in our neighborhood. After collecting lots of candy it was back to our house for pizza and play time. It was a LONG but really fun day!

Fall Festival at the River House 2012

Last Sunday my Mom and Morgan hosted their annual fall festival at their River House. We all met out there about 3:00 and each person carves a pumpkin for the contest. The complexity of the carving has really come along over the years. This year I did a silly monster and Cope did a Clone trooper for Ramsey. My Mom had several cute games for the kiddos including a scavenger hunt. After the games we had a delicious dinner and apple pie for dessert followed by a hay ride. We all had a great time and Ramsey even cried on the way home saying "it was better then a Birthday party" and he was sad it was over.
